Ford Duratec 25, or maybe Duratec 30. Based on the apparent age I am guessing this is from when Ford and Mazda shared a lot of their development work.

I am not sure if ford had any influence in it, but it is a KL-DE from Mazda's K series V6

Duratec V6 is not the same as the KL-DE. Interestingly enough, the original design for the Duratec V6 was purchased from Porsche by Ford and Cosworth. Madza designed the heads for the V6 Duratec, both VVT and non-VVT.
